Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, Tuoke Life International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Küchelit") warrants that its genuine standard accessories (hereinafter referred to as the "Product") are free from defects in quality, in accordance with relevant national regulations.
Küchelit provides the following Limited Warranty to the original consumer purchaser: If, at any time during the warranty period, the Product is damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or human factors, Küchelit shall not be liable for repair or replacement. Küchelit reserves the right of final interpretation regarding such determinations. This Limited Warranty applies solely to the original consumer purchaser who acquired the Product for residential use (non-commercial use).

Terms and Conditions:
Scope of Coverage This warranty applies exclusively to products manufactured and sold by Küchelit.

Eligibility This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer") who purchased the Product directly from Küchelit, its authorized distributors, or agents designated by authorized distributors.

User Responsibility Before using the Product, the Consumer must carefully read the User Manual and ensure the Product is installed and operated correctly according to instructions.

Warranty Period The warranty period for all Küchelit products is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs All shipping costs associated with sending the Product to the Küchelit service department or an authorized service center shall be borne by the Consumer.

Exclusions The warranty does not cover (and shall be considered null and void in) the following circumstances:

6.1 Damage caused by the use of non-genuine Küchelit replacement parts, improper usage, or incorrect repair/maintenance. This applies regardless of whether the error was committed by a plumber, contractor, industry professional, or the Consumer.

6.2 Issues caused by insufficient water pressure, excessive water impurities/sediment, or improper cleaning/maintenance. This warranty does not cover repairs or parts not explicitly listed, nor does it cover installation costs. Normal wear and tear (e.g., gaskets, O-rings, and seals that require periodic replacement during normal maintenance) are excluded from coverage.

6.3 Compliance with local building or plumbing codes. (Since local codes vary significantly, it is the responsibility of the distributor, installation contractor, and Consumer to determine if the Product complies with local installation requirements.)

Claim Procedure To obtain service under this warranty, please contact your local Küchelit dealer or email [email protected]. You must provide the Product Model Number and attach a "Valid Proof of Purchase." (Note: A "Valid Proof of Purchase" refers to an official Uniform Invoice issued by the tax authority. It must clearly state the seller’s official seal, date of sale, product name, specifications, model number, and amount.)

Service Scope During the warranty period, Küchelit will provide warranty service based on the severity of the defect or quality issue. After the warranty period expires, Küchelit or its authorized service centers will provide repair services for a fee.

Ownership of Parts All parts, components, or accessories replaced during repair shall become the property of Küchelit. Any costs associated with dismantling or removing the Product from other equipment/fixtures shall be borne by the Consumer and are not covered under this free warranty.

Limitation of Implied Warranties Küchelit’s warranty obligations, whether implied or expressed in this policy or other statements, shall be understood as being included in, or limited to, the scope and duration of the warranty terms set forth herein.

Sole Remedy During the warranty period, the remedies provided under these terms shall be the Consumer's sole and exclusive remedy for any losses caused by product defects. In other words, Küchelit shall not be liable for any other direct, indirect, or consequential damages/losses incurred by the Consumer.

Unauthorized Modifications No Küchelit dealer, agent, or authorized service center has the authority to recognize or assume any obligations on behalf of Küchelit beyond the scope of these terms, nor to waive any of Küchelit’s rights under these terms.

Policy Updates Küchelit reserves the right to modify relevant information, product specifications, and regulations without prior notice.
